Responsibilities

• Arrange FTL and PTL vehicles based on customer and sales requirements.
• Coordinate with transporters, brokers, and drivers for timely placement.
• Monitor vehicle movement from pickup to final delivery.
• Ensure vehicles are in good condition for transport.
• Coordinate with customers and warehouses for loading and dispatch.
• Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries within deadlines.
• Follow up on unloading and resolve delays with customers and transporters.
• Collect PODs via WhatsApp and obtain original signed POD.
• Develop and maintain a network of transport vendors and brokers.
• Negotiate freight rates and follow up on payments.
• Prepare transportation reports and update shipment status.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Traffic Executive to manage day-to-day transportation operations and ensure the timely movement of goods. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in vehicle placement, transporter coordination, freight negotiation, shipment tracking, and customer communication. The role requires strong coordination and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange FTL (Full Truck Load) and PTL (Part Truck Load) vehicles based on customer and sales team requirements.
• Coordinate with transporters, brokers, and drivers to ensure timely vehicle placement.
• Monitor vehicle movement from pickup to final delivery.
• Ensure vehicles are in good condition and suitable for transportation.
• Coordinate with customers and warehouses to ensure timely loading and dispatch.
• Track shipments and ensure deliveries are completed within committed timelines.
• Follow up on unloading activities and resolve delivery delays by coordinating with customers and transporters.
• Collect Proof of Delivery (POD) via WhatsApp immediately after delivery and ensure receipt of the original signed POD.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of transport vendors and brokers.
• Negotiate freight rates with transporters, brokers, and customers.
• Follow up on freight payments and maintain proper transportation records.
• Prepare transportation reports and update shipment status regularly.
• Perform additional operational responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
