Job summary

Million Minds Management Services in India seeks a Transport & Logistics Executive to oversee Pan-India vehicle operations, monitor live fleet using GPS, and ensure timely delivery across routes.

You will plan routes, dispatch trips, coordinate with drivers and warehouses, handle delays, and produce daily operational reports. A 13+ year track record in logistics and proficiency with GPS tools and Excel are required.

Qualifications

• 13 years minimum experience in logistics, transport operations or fleet management.
• Proficiency in GPS tracking software and MS Excel.
• Strong communication, time-management and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Pan-India vehicle tracking using GPS and telematics systems.
• Route planning, dispatch, and maintaining delivery schedules.
• Communicate and coordinate with drivers, transporters, clients and warehouse teams.
• Handle transit delays, deviations, vehicle breakdowns and emergencies.
• Maintain daily MIS and operational reports on trips, transit times, fuel use and vehicle maintenance.

Job description

We are looking for a dedicated Transport & Logistics Executive to oversee Pan-India vehicle operations, manage real-time fleet tracking, and ensure smooth, timely delivery of goods across defined routes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pan-India Vehicle Tracking: Monitor live locations of fleet vehicles using GPS management software and telematics systems.
• Route Planning & Dispatch: Optimize delivery routes, assign trips to drivers, and maintain delivery schedules.
• Communication & Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between drivers, transporters, clients, and internal warehouse teams.
• Exception & Issue Handling: Quickly resolve transit delays, route deviations, vehicle breakdowns, or emergency situations.
• MIS & Operational Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs of trips, transit times, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance reports.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 13 years in Logistics, Transport Operations, or Fleet Management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in GPS Tracking Software (e.g., LocoNav, Fleetx), MS Excel, and Basic Logistics Tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and effective time management.
• Education: Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related field.
