Job summary

Nuvoco Vistas Corporation (Nuvoco) seeks a results-driven Trade Marketing professional to lead end-to-end brand campaigns in Raipur. The role covers strategy, field execution, and influencer engagement to strengthen the branded retail network and experience centres in the region.

You will own MIS, budgets, and monthly activity deployment, coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive growth in volume and premium products. Prior experience in brand activation is essential for success.

• Drive premium products, ring fence the consistent lifters for new products, track their throughput.
• Budget monitoring and vendor payments
• Driving VMX ,Adhere to process & deploy on monthly basis including external stakeholders for visibility on activities & spends
• Launch & Expand New Products in WB Markets increase Premium Products over LY
• Deployment of agreed marketing plans in M1 to M4 markets on a monthly level.
• Achieve Targeted Revenue for MBM in Cement & New Channel
• Drive Innovative Marketing Programs to develop critical connect and create bridge between cross functions and reduce resolution findings.
• Actions & progress on Nuview Survey to achieve upper quartile performance
• Agency appointment for activity implementation, network expansion
• Budget deployment and monitoring
• Identifying towns for network expansion in sync with sales ambition
