Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing
• Experience in FMCG/Pharma/Sanitaryware/Electrical/Hardware/Paints industries
• Experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Promotion, Brand Activation, POSM Management, Market Visits, Event & Activation Management, Vendor/Agency Management, Customer & Trade Engagement, Market Analysis

Responsibilities

• Execute trade marketing activities across channels.
• Plan and implement sales promotions and product communication.
• Manage POSM budgeting, logistics, distribution, and assortment.
• Convert brand strategies into effective sales tools.
• Conduct market visits and gather trade/customer insights.
• Execute events, activations, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Packaging, agencies, and other internal teams.
• Track effectiveness of trade marketing activities and suggest improvements.
• Drive plumber, contractor, and AID engagement programs.
• Plan mason meets, painter meets, contractor engagement programs, and trade activations.
• Lead market-level campaigns and strengthen trade advocacy.
• Manage agencies, vendors, and execution partners.
• Build relationships with key influencer communities and trade associations.
