Job summary

Gripon Bharat is seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive Trade Marketing (Male) to execute trade marketing activities and support the brand strategy in Pune (Viman Nagar). You will work with the Marketing Head, Sales teams and external vendors to run promotions, manage POSM, plan campaigns and track performance, ensuring consistent brand visibility.

The role requires travel for market visits, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience in BTL activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, preferably trade marketing.
• Hands-on in BTL, Brand Activation, Market Activation & POSM.
• Vendor management and on-ground marketing execution.
• Good knowledge of Excel, MIS and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Trade Marketing, Brand Activation & BTL activities across assigned markets.
• Coordinate dealer meets, retailer/contractor engagement, exhibitions, promotions and market activations with Sales teams.
• Manage POSM planning, procurement, distribution and tracking, ensuring brand consistency.
• Coordinate with vendors/agencies for printing, fabrication, events and other marketing needs.
• Support Digital Marketing & Social Media campaigns and track basic metrics.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer insights with the Marketing Head.
• Prepare MIS, marketing reports, trackers and PPTs using MS Excel.
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed across POSM, events, promotions and digital channels.
• Be open to new technologies and AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness.

Marketing Executive Trade Marketing (Male)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive Trade Marketing (Male ) who will be responsible for executing trade marketing activities and supporting the overall marketing and brand strategy of the organization.

The candidate will work closely with the Marketing Head, Sales Teams, and external vendors to execute promotional campaigns, manage POSM, coordinate marketing activities, & day to day Activities & Materials Management, support digital marketing initiatives, track performance, and ensure consistent brand visibility across all channels.

The Marketing Executive will report directly to the Marketing Head.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Trade Marketing, Brand Activation & BTL activities across assigned markets.
• Coordinate dealer meets, retailer/contractor engagement, exhibitions, promotions and market activations with Sales teams.
• Manage POSM planning, procurement, distribution and tracking, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.
• Coordinate with vendors/agencies for printing, fabrication, events and other marketing requirements.
• Support Digital Marketing & Social Media campaigns and track basic performance metrics.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer insights and share inputs with the Marketing Head.
• Prepare MIS, marketing reports, trackers and PPT presentations using MS Excel.
• Ensure consistent implementation of brand guidelines across POSM, events, promotions and digital channels.
• Be comfortable adopting new technologies and AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 14 years of experience in Marketing, preferably Trade Marketing.
• Hands-on experience in BTL, Brand Activation, Market Activation & POSM.
• Experience in Vendor Management and on-ground marketing execution.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, reporting & data analysis.
• Basicgood understanding of Digital Marketing & Social Media.
• Strong communication, coordination, planning and execution skills.
• Tech-savvy, with willingness to adopt AI/digital tools.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and travel for market visits.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in industries such as Building Materials, Construction Chemicals, FMCG, Paints, Consumer Durables, or other trade-driven industries will be preferred.
• Energetic, proactive, and result-oriented individual.
• Strong ownership and execution mindset.
• Ready to Travel.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for marketing, brand building, and market engagement.
• 2-wheeler Scooter will be added advantage.
