Marketing and Product Activities

• Plan and handle BTL activities and conduct market research for existing and new products.
• Support marketing and business development.
• Manage agencies and packaging artwork.
• Develop festival greetings.

• Plan marketing activities, review products, and execute promotions to support product movement.

Trade and Sales Execution

• Follow up with the sales team daily on new products.
• Execute trade schemes and wholesale meetings.
• Support the sales team in developing the dealer network.
• Interact with sales teams and trade partners to improve market working and distribution.
• Review outlet coverage and targets and recommend sales-team adjustments.

Market Monitoring and Reporting

• Monitor competitor activities and the company's own brands.
• Communicate corporate initiatives, schemes, and incentives to dealers and retailers.
• Prepare formats and reports for the marketing manager at head office.

Experience Requirement

• The role requires 5 to 7 years of experience in FMCG trade marketing.

Pay

• The listed pay is ₹800,000 to ₹900,000 per year.
