Job description

Responsibilities

• Demand management of tools and spare parts for Indian projects. Based on number of tools agreed in each project contract and the actual installation progress, cooperate with the project site team to develop tool requirements and assist the project site team in tool asset budget application. Based on site demand and inventory consumption, formulate and optimize the spare parts inventory list and demand plan to ensure that the physical items in the list are quickly in place and support the timely delivery of tools.
• Budget control and implementation rate for tools, Inventory.
• Delivery management of tools parts for the Indian project. Based on demands of the project site, arrange the delivery of tools , involve resources of relevant departments within the company, and ensure the timely delivery of regional warehouse and on-site requirements and the achievement of OTD indicators.
• Material planning management of tools for the Indian project. Based on tool demand plan, formulate a tool and spare parts procurement plan. Place orders to local suppliers in India and track purchase orders accordingly, and place permanent import purchase orders to China and track also. The inventory status of tools and spare parts also needs to be monitored regularly.
• Responsible for tool and spare parts warehousing and asset management in India. Manage the receipt and shipment of tools and spare parts in India, be responsible for the physical storage and inventory of tools and spare parts, and ensure the consistency of inventory accounts; Involve quality and maintenance team to assist in the regular maintenance, calibration and scrapping disposal of tools and spare parts in the warehouse. At the same time, cooperate with the on-site team to organize the inventory of on-site tools to ensure the consistency of inventory accounts.

• Strong analytical skills and IT Literate
• (Optional) Master in Chinese listening and speaking skills would be preferred.
