Envision Energy Pune seeks a Tools Planning Manager with 10+ years in manufacturing supply chain planning, warehousing and international trade. You will coordinate demand planning, budgeting, and purchasing for tools and spare parts across global sites, while optimizing IT systems and ensuring top-tier logistics execution.

Strong English communication, coordination, and team management are essential, with SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in manufacturing supply chain, warehousing, logistics, or international trade.
• 10+ years in manufacturing supply chain planning, spare parts demand planning, warehousing, and international trade.
• SAP experience preferred; spare parts management in manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong English communication, coordination, and team management required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international tool and spare parts demand planning with project site teams and forecast monthly/annual demand.
• Lead capital planning for tools and spare parts, budget consolidation, approvals, and monitoring.
• Issue purchase orders for tools, ensure timely delivery for domestic and international tools.
• Create procurement plans and track orders with overseas suppliers, coordinate imports with China.
• Manage inbound/outbound warehousing of tools; conduct inventory checks and disposal.
• Oversee warehousing planning for overseas regional warehouses in partnership with asset team.
• Coordinate quality and maintenance with QA and O&M teams for overseas sites.
• Develop and optimize IT systems for tool planning and warehousing processes.

Tools Planning Manager – Pune

Job Responsibilities

• International Tool and Spare Parts Demand Management: Coordinate with the project site team to develop the tool demand plan, assist with tool asset budget applications, and submit monthly/annual demand forecasts based on license conditions and warranty coverage.
• International Tool and Spare Parts Budget and Capital Planning Management: Lead the capital planning for tools and spare parts, including import duties, consolidate budgets with warehousing and O&M teams, obtain financial approvals, and monitor implementation.
• International Tool and Spare Parts Purchasing Order Management: Issue purchase orders according to project progress, ensure timely delivery of domestic and international C‑segment tools, and meet global delivery performance commitments.
• International Tool Material Planning Management: Create procurement plans, place and track purchase orders with overseas suppliers, and coordinate permanent import orders with China while collaborating on localization efforts.
• International Tool Asset and Warehousing Coordination Management: Manage inbound/outbound of regional warehouse tools, conduct physical storage, inventory checks, and disposal to maintain inventory/account consistency.
• International Warehousing Planning Coordination Management: Oversee warehousing planning and execution for overseas regional warehouses in partnership with the asset team.
• International Tool Quality and Maintenance Coordination Management: Work with internal quality and O&M teams to resolve quality issues at overseas sites and support regular maintenance and calibration of warehouse tools.
• IT System Development and Optimization: Improve and optimize overseas tool planning, warehousing, transportation processes and IT systems.

Job Requirements

• Education and Field: Majors in manufacturing supply chain, demand planning, warehousing and logistics management, international trade, etc.; bachelor’s degree or higher (exceptional candidates with relaxed requirements may be considered).
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in manufacturing supply chain planning, spare parts demand planning, warehousing and transportation, and international trade; SAP experience preferred; spare parts management experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Knowledge: Familiar with supply chain system operation and management, international trade operations, and ERP logic.
• Capabilities: Excellent English communication, strong coordination and team‑management skills, clear analytical thinking, overall awareness, and customer‑service orientation.
