Job summary

EinNel Technologies in Chennai is seeking a Maintenance Engineer specializing in Spare Parts Planning to strengthen our automotive manufacturing operations.

You will lead spare parts planning for new programs, validate BOMs, coordinate procurement, and map assets in IBM Maximo, using data-driven analysis to improve reliability; shift work may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Maintenance Engineering / Spare Parts Planning, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Lead spare parts planning for new program launches, including BOM validation, inventory planning, and procurement coordination.
• Experience with IBM Maximo for spare parts mapping and asset linkage.
• Knowledge of FMEA and Process Safety Management (PSM), and maintenance best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data-driven problem solving.

• Lead spare parts planning for new program launches, including BOM validation, inventory planning, and procurement coordination.
• Manage spare parts mapping and asset linkage in IBM Maximo.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCFA) and develop solutions to improve equipment reliability and plant performance.
• Independently handle projects, review schedules, and coordinate with crossfunctional teams and clients.
• Strong knowledge of FMEA, Process Safety Management (PSM), and maintenance best practices.
• Proficient in IBM Maximo, MS Office, and data-driven problem-solving.
• Six Sigma, Alteryx, and macro programming knowledge is an added advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and willingness to work in shifts if required.
