Job summary

Penta Hr Solutions in Pune is seeking a senior professional to lead a tooling team focused on maintaining progressive tools and multi‑cavity moulds. You will oversee tool making processes and coordinate with cross‑functional offices for improvements.

The role requires 10–12 years in precision stamping, moulding and tooling, with fluency in English and Hindi/Marathi. This is a on-site opportunity with best‑in‑industry perks.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical / electrical / mechtronics engineering with 10–12 years of experience in Precision Stamping, Moulding and tool making.
• Fluent in English, Hindi/ Marathi.

• Develop vendors for standard elements and spares.
