Job summary

Prabha Automotive Engineers Limited in Tamil Nadu is seeking an experienced Tool Room Manager. The role involves planning, organizing, and controlling daily tool room activities to meet production schedules.

You will supervise tool makers and operators, ensure efficient resource use, and drive tool maintenance programs. You will collaborate with design engineers on new tools and molds and maintain strict safety and cleanliness standards in the workshop.

Qualifications

• 10–18 years of experience in a similar role within auto components industry.
• Diploma in Tool And Die Making or equivalent qualification required; ITI (Tool & Die) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of tool making, tool maintenance, and tool room operations essential.
• Candidates from Kanchipuram or nearby areas; relocation to Kanchipuram may be considered.
