Qualifications

• Diploma in Tool & Die Making or BE with related tooling experience.
• Hands-on experience in Tool Room / Tool Maintenance / Press Tool Maintenance / Tool & Die environments.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and initiate tool maintenance activities as per the preventive maintenance schedule.
• Coordinate with Line Leaders and assign Tool Makers to attend press-related tooling issues.
• Raise purchase requests for consumables and spares to maintain required critical spare levels.
• Update and maintain the tool status board in the Tool Maintenance Department.
• Follow up on DMR and coordinate/execute required tool repair activities.
• Record maintenance completion time and update the DMR accordingly.
• Attend tool trials after loading the tool and ensure part quality and trial results are properly documented.
• Maintain 5S standards in the designated work area.
• Coordinate and contribute towards achieving individual and departmental KPIs.
• Support other tooling and maintenance activities as assigned by the management.
