Job summary

Seoyon E HWA Automotive is seeking a mould engineering professional to support design reviews, documentation, and vendor coordination for injection moulding processes. The role includes analysing major mould issues, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring maintenance schedules with suppliers are followed.

The candidate will work closely with the project team to monitor progress, attend breakdowns, and maintain accurate records of all vendor communications and part spares, ensuring timely

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mould design principles and tooling processes.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis on major mould issues.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and tracking progress.
• Proficiency in mould documentation and process records.

Responsibilities

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / UG Software and mould design review knowledge.
• Prepare mould manufacturing standards and documentation.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Review vendor progress and provide project updates.
• Attend injection mould breakdowns and support repairs.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and spare parts with vendors.
• Maintain vendor communication records.

Role & responsibilities

• Basic knowledge of Auto cad / UG Software. & Mould design review knowledge
• Good knowledge of Mould manufacturing standards preparation.
• Good knowledge of Mould Documentation work.
• Root cause analysis and problem solving in Major Mould issue & implement corrective actions.
• Review vendor progress, maintain project records, and provide regular updates to the project Team.
• Attend injection Mould breakdowns and support repairs
• Monitor vendor Mould maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair schedule
• Follow up with vendors for Mould spare parts, maintenance schedules, and service support.
• Maintain vendor communication records.

Conduct regular vendor visits to check mould maintenance quality, process adherence, and Mould status
