Job summary

Yeemak Private Limited in Tamil Nadu seeks a skilled maintenance technician to perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on injection moulding machines and related equipment.

You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and PLC issues, maintain chillers and compressors, and follow PM schedules, 5S, TPM, RCA and safety procedures to minimise downtime.

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulding machines and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC and servo-related issues.
• Maintain auxiliaries such as chillers, dryers, loaders, compressors and MTCs.
• Ensure minimum machine downtime and maintain proper maintenance records.
• Follow PM schedules, 5S, TPM, RCA and safety procedures.
