Job summary

Mahasurya Ventures India in Maharashtra, India seeks a skilled professional for preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulds, including new mould trials, tool repair, and hot runner maintenance. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and experience with TPM, RCA, ECN, and QMS to ensure uptime and quality.

The candidate will coordinate with vendors, support MTTR/MTBF tracking, and uphold 5S and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in injection mould maintenance, tool fitting, polishing, hot runner systems, mould trials, SAP, TPM, RCA, ECN, QMS, ISO 9001, 5S, safety, troubleshooting & continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Preventive & breakdown maintenance of injection moulds, new mould trials, tool repair, polishing, fitting, hot runner maintenance, RCA, downtime reduction, ECN implementation, MTTR/MTBF tracking, 5S, safety, QMS, TPM & vendor coordination.
• Downtime reduction and MTTR/MTBF tracking; Vendor coordination for ECN and TPM activities.
