Job summary

Genxhire Services in Gujarat, India, is seeking a Team Member for Tool Maintenance to support maintenance of tools, jigs and fixtures and ensure clean, orderly work areas. You will respond to breakdowns and assist in spare parts indenting and MIS reporting.

The role requires following ISO/TS procedures, maintaining documentation, and performing routine maintenance tasks to keep tooling in optimum condition.

Responsibilities

• To ensure tools, jigs and fixtures are maintained effectively through the appropriate maintenance activities
• To carry out periodic maintenance checks
• Conducting preventive maintenance for all the tools, jigs and fixtures.
• Attend break downs and to take immediate corrective actions to actuate the mould
• Indenting for general spares to Purchase Department & follow up.
• Assisting in preparation of MIS reports on weekly and monthly basis
• Documenting as per ISO/ TS requirements.
• Maintaining proper cleanliness in the work area.
