Job summary

Genxhire Services in Gujarat, Mahesana, seeks a maintenance technician to ensure tools, jigs and fixtures are kept in optimal condition through planned maintenance activities. You will perform periodic checks and preventive maintenance on all tooling and respond to breakdowns to keep moulds running.

The role also involves documenting activities per ISO/TS standards, assisting in MIS reporting, and coordinating with the Purchase Department for spares while maintaining a clean, orderly work area.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech/DPMT degree required.
• Experience in maintaining tools, jigs and fixtures.
• Familiarity with ISO/TS standards and documentation.

• To ensure tools, jigs and fixtures are maintained effectively through the appropriate maintenance activities.
• To carry out periodic maintenance checks.
• Conducting preventive maintenance for all the tools, jigs and fixtures.
• Attend break downs and to take immediate corrective actions to actuate the mould.
• Indenting for general spares to Purchase Department & follow up.
