Job summary

Acs Enterprises in Gurugram, Haryana, India, seeks a mold design engineer to design and develop full 3D mold designs, prepare assemblies and drawings, and drive design improvements. You will coordinate gating, cooling, ejection, and slider mechanisms, support mould trials, and ensure high quality, cost-effective delivery.

Proficiency in NX is required, with experience in zinc and aluminum die cast products.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full 3D mold designs in accordance with customer specifications and standards.
• Prepare 3D mould assemblies and 2D manufacturing drawings.
• Develop mould concepts including gating, cooling, ejection, and slider/lifter mechanisms.
• Perform mould flow analysis coordination (if required).
• Create BOM (Bill of Materials) and manufacturing documentation.
• Coordinate with tool room and vendors during mould manufacturing and assembly.
• Conduct design reviews and implement design improvements.
• Support mould trials, troubleshooting, and engineering changes.
• Ensure designs meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Maintain design records and revision control.
• Extensive experience designing ZINC and ALUMINIUM DIE CAST products.
