Job summary

Pawan Chhabra is seeking a skilled Mould Design Engineer to design plastic injection tools and related components. You will prepare comprehensive 3D models and 2D drawings, covering core/cavity designs, parting lines, sliders, lifters, and ejection systems, while coordinating with tool room and production teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong mould design knowledge, experience in tool/die making, and proficiency in UG NX and AutoCAD, with a solid grasp of GD&T and manufacturing drawings.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of plastic injection mould design and tool room processes.
• Experience in tool making, die making, and mould manufacturing.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as UG NX, AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of 3D modelling, 2D drafting, GD&T, and engineering drawings.
• Understanding of mould materials, machining processes, CNC operations, and mould fitting.
• Ability to coordinate with tool room and production teams.
