Job summary

Pawan Chhabra is seeking an experienced mould designer to design and develop plastic injection moulds and tooling components at our Delhi facility. You will create 3D models and 2D drawings, covering core/cavity design, parting lines, sliders, lifters, and ejection systems, while coordinating with tool makers and CNC programmers to ensure designs meet specifications.

The role requires strong CAD skills (UG NX, AutoCAD), knowledge of GD&T, and the ability to manage documentation and support mould

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of plastic injection mould design and tool room processes.
• Experience in tool making, die making, and mould manufacturing.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as UG NX, AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of 3D modelling, 2D drafting, GD&T, and engineering drawings.
• Understanding of mould materials, machining processes, CNC operations, and mould fitting.
• Ability to coordinate with tool room and production teams.
