Job summary

SB eCommerce Solutions Private Limited in Haryana, India, is seeking an Injection Molding Tooling Engineer to drive design-for-manufacturability, oversee tool development, and ensure tooling performs reliably throughout its life cycle.

You will review designs with designers and toolmakers, manage cross-functional tooling projects from kickoff to approval, and partner with production and quality teams to maintain tooling documentation and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Tool engineering.
• 3–7 years in tooling or product development for plastic or consumer products.
• Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks, Creo, NX or similar).
• Strong problem solving and vendor management skills.

Job description

Take new products from design to production-ready tooling — working with designers, toolmakers and production to launch new models quickly and right first time.

You own mold design review and new tool development. Once a tool is in production, its condition, maintenance and correction sit with the Head of Injection Molding — you’ll work closely, and disagree occasionally, which is healthy.
