Job summary

MSX International is seeking a field-based trainer to deliver on-site training for automotive professionals and new dealers. You will review processes, implement repair workflows, and coordinate manpower training programs across regions.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in auto OEM training, strong hands-on skills, and excellent communication. Will require travel and reporting to the Agency Project Manager Lead.

Qualifications

• Educational qualification: Diploma or Engineering in Mech/Ele/Auto.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, age under 35.
• Experience as Trainer/Retainer in Auto OEM; Mechatronics certification adds advantage.
• Strong hands-on technical/repair skills as per role.
• Ability to conduct training and related tasks independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; MS Office proficiency.
• Willingness to extensive travel and report to Project Lead.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The responsibilities would include:

• On-site delivery and training: Technical, Final Inspectors, New Dealers
• Process Review & Action planning with dealership
• Repair Process Implementation
• New Dealer Manpower Training
• Regional Meeting for gap areas & action planning
• Manpower Retention, Attrition evaluation, other key actions related to skill enhancement(skill contests etc.)
• Manpower tracking at dealership (Monthly)
• GLMS penetration at dealership; Online certifications as applicable
• Skill Matrix Assessment & Training need identification
• Recruitment Assessment

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification - Min Diploma/Engineering Degree (Mech/Ele/Auto)
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the same field (age<35years)
• Previously held role as Trainer/Retainer in Auto OEM; Mechatronics certification added advantage.
• Good hands-on & Technical/repair skills as per job role defined.
• Ability to conduct Training & its related tasks independently.
• Reporting to the Agency Project Manager Lead & HO SPOC
• Skills: Should possess excellent verbal & written communication, Advanced MS Office application skills
• Should have Interpersonal & Task Management skills along with clear understanding of adherence to Business SOPs, Knowledge of F1/CS studies etc.
• Language ability - excellent understanding of English, Hindi & Regional (read/write & speak)
• Should ready for extensive travel
