Job summary

MSX International in India is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to deliver technical training to client teams and channel partners. You will own the ADDIE process, create engaging sessions, and ensure robust learning outcomes through practical demonstrations and assessments.

4+ years in the automobile industry with OEM/service centre training experience are valued, and proficiency in MS Office is required. Electric Vehicle exposure is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electronics/ Electrical/ Automobile/ Mechanical) required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and technologies.
• Experience in the automobile industry and OEM/service centre training preferred.
• Electric Vehicle exposure is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in instruction preferred.

Job Description

• Responsible for delivering technical training to Client team & Channel partners teams/, ensuring thorough understanding and mastery of product knowledge.
• Accountable for conducting engaging and informative practical sessions for candidates, fostering hands‑on learning experiences.
• Own the implementation of the ADDIE process of training, from analysis to evaluation, to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Drive the maintenance of comprehensive training records, tracking progress and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives to continuously improve learning outcomes.
