Job summary

MSX International in Pune seeks a Bodyshop Trainer to deliver on-site training for body shop technicians, lead process reviews with dealerships, and drive certification programs. You will coordinate manpower planning, assess skill gaps, develop training plans, and mentor regional teams.

A Diploma or Engineering degree and 3–4 years’ relevant experience, strong verbal and written communication, and proficiency in MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bodyshop Trainer in automotive industry.
• In-depth knowledge of bodyshop techniques, tools and materials.
• Ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Educational qualification: Diploma/Engineering degree minimum.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience; prior Trainer/retainer role in Auto OEM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• On-site delivery and training for Body Repair techs, SA & SM of Body Shop.
• Process review and action planning with dealerships.
• Body Trainer for CRS, Welding, Bonding, PDR etc.
• Repair process implementation; organize body repair OTJs/certification.
• Manpower tracking at dealership (monthly).
• Skill matrix assessment and training-need identification.
• Recruitment assessment and new dealer manpower training.
• Regional meetings for gap areas and action planning.
• Manpower retention, attrition evaluation, and related actions.

• Body Trainer (CRS (Crash Repair System), Welding, Bonding, PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) etc.
