Job summary

Vianaar Homes in Goa is seeking a diligent project coordinator to support design and execution across multiple residential projects. You will track timelines, coordinate site visits, and ensure timely drawings, budgets, and documentation are maintained.

The role involves liaising with vendors and internal teams to meet client commitments and resolve issues promptly, while staying updated on market trends and new materials.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ensure timely issuance of drawings, lists, and other documentation.
• Regularly update project sheets.
• Allocate work, track task completion and ensure accountability.
• Assist the design team with any tasks as required to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all design-related commitments to clients are fulfilled as promised.
• Address and resolve post-installation issues efficiently.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and maintain quality standards.
• Lead furniture vendor selection, negotiations, and coordination.
• Create purchase lists, indents, presentations, and required documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure accurate records of furnished homes, COFs, and payments are maintained.
• Create and manage project budgets.
• Ensure all files are consistently uploaded to and maintained on the server.
• Maintain the artwork sheet and design related libraries (furniture, tiles, finishes, vendors) etc.
• Conduct R&D and source new materials, vendors, and design solutions.
• Stay updated on trends, innovations, and market offerings.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and execution.
• Coordinate between on-site teams and internal departments.
• Act as the key point of contact for all project-related queries.
• Ensure all queries are resolved within defined timelines.
• Identify design or process issues and implement effective solutions.
