Job summary

Trigent Software in Pune is seeking a skilled TIBCO MFT Application Support Engineer to configure, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise MFT solutions. The role requires hands-on experience with TIBCO MFT, FTP/SFTP/SCP, and Linux/Unix environments, along with scripting and basic SQL knowledge.

You will coordinate with customers and vendors and perform RCA for production issues in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate has 6 years of experience, BE/BTech in CS or ECE, and familiarity with ITIL,

Qualifications

• Experience with TIBCO MFT / Enterprise MFT tools.
• Experience with FTP, SFTP, SCP, HTTP, and Connect.
• Linux/Unix commands and shell scripting.
• Basic SQL, database administration, TCP/IP networking.
• PGP encryption, troubleshooting, and application monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise MFT solutions.
• Support TIBCO MFT, Redwood JSCAPE MFT, RightFax, and enterprise FTP tools.
• Configure secure file transfers using FTP, SFTP/SCP, HTTP, and Connect.
• Perform application monitoring, SQL administration, and Linux/Unix troubleshooting.
• Use Shell scripting and PGP encryption for secure file transfers.
• Manage certificates, application patching, and access management.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and resolve production issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and coordinate with customers and vendors.

Education: BE/BTech in Computer Science or Electronics & Communication; 15 years of full-time education required.
