Accenture in India is seeking an Operations Engineer for Managed File Transfer, overseeing production systems and ensuring service levels. The role emphasizes monitoring, delivery management, and issue resolution in a complex MFT environment.

The candidate will work across teams, configure and troubleshoot file transfer automations, and maintain system documentation while supporting 24x7 operations from Pune office. ITIL/AWS/Azure certifications are a plus.

Qualificações

• Must have 5+ years of experience in Managed File Transfer.
• Experience in defining, developing and delivering data transmission solutions and enterprise level FTP/RightFax products.
• Strong UNIX fundamentals, shell scripting and basic networking knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Define, develop and deliver data transmission solutions for MFT.
• Configure and support RightFax, FTP/SFTP tools and related automation.
• Manage and monitor Oracle/SQL databases and render RCA for incidents.
• Maintain documentation and provide status reports on system incidents and performance.
• Interact with customers and vendors for support and information.
• Coordinate cross-team activities to ensure on-time delivery.

As an Operations Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the smooth functioning of production systems and services, ensuring they meet operational requirements and service agreements. Collaboration with various teams to coordinate activities and support operational goals is a key aspect of the daily routine, along with maintaining documentation and reporting on system status and incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in defining, developing and delivering data transmission solutions,
• Enterprise level FTP and Fax products like System Center Orchestrator SCOM/ SCORCH , RightFax Utility.
• Running, maintaining and administrating all aspects of the Microsoft System Center Orchestrator tool and RightFax servers
• Work with internal and external customers to configure and troubleshoot file transfer automations wherever possible. MS Orchestrator experience is highly desirable
• Must have a basic understanding of UNIX fundamentals, standard command knowledge and shell scripting.
• Experience performing maintenance and administrative tasks within an application.
• Proficient in technical skills or knowledge in position-related areas and the ability to keep current with that knowledge and trends in areas of expertise.
• Ability to create and document instructions so that others can follow them.
• A strong technical aptitude, strong problem solving skills.
• Manage work queues and track user issues and requests. Complete work queue items according to procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks including project tasks, deadlines, etc.
• Ability to interact with vendors for support and information
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation are necessary.
• Must be customer service oriented, flexible and adaptable.

Technical Experience

• Configure, implement and support of data transmission solutions Enterprise level FTP and Fax products RightFax.
• Configure secure file transfer SFTP definitions to deliver files to intended destination.
• Right Fax application utility, FTP tools like IPSwitch, FileZilla, WinScp etc.
• Should have experience on SQL administration, application Monitoring and IAM -Identity Access Management
• 6+ years of experience in Redwood JScape Managed File Transfer.
• 10+ years of experience in any Enterprise MFT tool.
• 10+ years of experience on database and basic SQL syntax including inserts, updates, deletes and joins.
• 10+ years of experience with File transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP/SCP, HTTP, Connect:Direct)
• Configure SFTP definitions to securely deliver files to intended destination.
• 10+ years of experience in Linux/ Unix commands.
• Ability to understand PGP in details.
• Basic scripting skills required (Shell Script).
• Good to have experience in Application maintenance, Application patching, Certificate management.
• Identify, isolate, and troubleshoot issues and drive to RCA.
• Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP.
