Job summary

Infosys Limited in Hyderabad is seeking a Managed File Transfer Engineer with 5–11 years of experience to administer and support MFT platforms and related file transfer processes. The role requires hands-on SFTP/SSH, mainframe navigation knowledge, and a strong grounding in security, encryption, and compliance.

You will configure, monitor, and troubleshoot file transfers, ensure SLA adherence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new requirements.

Qualifications

• 5–11 years of experience in Managed File Transfer environments.
• Hands-on experience with SFTP/SSH protocols and secure file transfer technologies.
• Familiarity with Mainframe navigation and file management processes.
• Knowledge of ITIL and production support processes.
