Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a skilled MFT Integration Engineer to manage and support Managed File Transfer (MFT) and file-based integrations across multiple environments. The role emphasizes secure, reliable file transfers, automation, and production operations in a hybrid work setup.

The candidate should have 7–9 years of experience, hands-on experience with GoAnywhere MFT, SFTP/FTPS, PowerShell automation, and strong knowledge of Windows Server and SQL/Azure SQL.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience in MFT/integration and file-based workflows.
• Experience with enterprise-level GoAnywhere MFT implementations.
• Strong scripting and automation skills with PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Administer GoAnywhere MFT across environments and manage workflows, schedules, users, and certificates.
• Monitor and troubleshoot file transfers (SFTP/FTPS/FTP/SMB/Azure Storage).
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate file search, transfer, archiving, validation, and reporting.

Role Overview

Responsible for managing and supporting the organisation's Managed File Transfer (MFT) and file-based integrations, ensuring critical business files are transferred securely, reliably, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support GoAnywhere MFT across different environments.
• Manage MFT workflows, schedules, users, connections, certificates, and file-transfer processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot failed, delayed, missing, or incomplete file transfers.
• Support SFTP, FTPS, FTP, SMB, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure File Shares.
• Investigate end-to-end file-transfer issues and coordinate with application, infrastructure, network, and vendor teams.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate file searches, transfers, archiving, validation, reporting, and other operational tasks.
• Support GoAnywhere upgrades, infrastructure migrations, and system enhancements.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Prepare implementation plans, testing steps, verification procedures, and backout plans.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and support runbooks.
