Job summary

Bajaj Broking seeks an Automation Test Lead to own testing strategy, build scalable automation frameworks, and mentor a high-velocity team of automation engineers.

You will drive automation across Web, Mobile, and REST APIs, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with Product and Core Engineering to embed QA into every sprint.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Software Quality Engineering with 2+ years in technical leadership.
• Hands-on experience architecting suites in Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or RestAssured.
• Proven expertise wiring automated tests into CI/CD build environments and validating backend API architectures.

Responsibilities

• Architect & Automate: Design, execute, and scale high-speed automation frameworks across Web, Mobile (iOS/Android), and REST APIs with zero legacy constraints.
• Shift-Left Engineering: Integrate automated suites directly into DevOps CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) for continuous, reliable daily deployments.
• Lead the Standard: Mentor a talent-dense engineering team, setting the benchmark for performance, code quality, and testing rigor.
