Snetaj It Solutions in India is seeking a detail-oriented Test Analyst to join our QA team for an AI-driven SaaS platform focused on retail supply chain optimization. You will collaborate with developers and QA colleagues to ensure clear, testable requirements and deliver high-quality software across multiple environments.

The role involves functional and non-functional testing, test case creation, bug reporting, and contributing to QA plans and release notes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Developers, and QA colleagues to ensure requirements are clear, testable, and delivered to a high standard.
• Carry out functional, regression, Integration, smoke, exploratory, and acceptance testing across various platforms.
• Test on multiple devices, browsers, and operating systems to guarantee consistency and compatibility.
• Create and maintain test cases.
• Document detailed and reproducible bug reports, working closely with developers to resolve issues quickly.
• Contribute to test plans, release notes, and QA documentation, supporting smooth delivery cycles.
• Assist in meeting performance, security, and accessibility compliance.
• Help improve test coverage, metrics, and QA processes across the team.

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with Developers, and QA colleagues to ensure requirements are clear, testable, and delivered to a high standard.
• Carry out functional, regression, Integration, smoke, exploratory, and acceptance testing across various platforms.
• Test on multiple devices, browsers, and operating systems to guarantee consistency and compatibility.
• Create and maintain test cases.
• Document detailed and reproducible bug reports, working closely with developers to resolve issues quickly.

Preferred candidate profile

• Deep experience in Agile testing environments, with strong CI/CD and DevOps knowledge.
• Experience in cloud based software (Azure AWS)
• Expertise in automation at API and UI levels, ideally within microservice architectures. (e.g. Postman, etc)
• ISTQB certified.
