Job summary

Webcrstravel Technologies is seeking an experienced field sales professional to drive revenue across the assigned territory. The role involves meeting clients in-office, onsite and online to pitch business consulting models, while coordinating with the team to achieve targets.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in field sales for high value products, a degree in any discipline, and strong communication skills. Experience in insurance, premium car sales, real estate, or education is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in field sales for high value products or services.
• Degree in any discipline is required.
• Experience in Life/Term insurance sector, premium car sales, membership card sales, real estate, education etc preferred.
• Must have good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales meetings at office, client's place and online to pitch business consulting model.
• Manage the assigned territory and team member targets along with individual targets.
• Prospect, evaluate and screen prospective clients to generate quality leads.
• Give presentations and product/service explanation to generate sales pipeline.
• Responsible for target achievements and sales closures as per target assigned.
• Responsible for updating and maintaining CRM system.
