Job summary

RSPL Group is seeking a field sales professional to drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory and nurture distributor relationships. You will ensure effective execution of trade schemes, expand market reach, and maintain strong retailer ties to improve visibility and availability of products.

The role requires monitoring market trends, reporting field activities, and traveling extensively within the territory to meet targets and support growth in a dynamic FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of distribution management and retail sales
• Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset
• Basic proficiency in sales tools, Excel, and reporting systems
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
