Job summary

Technopaints is seeking a Territory Sales Executive (Project Sales) to drive growth in Ahmedabad’s builder and project segments. You will identify opportunities, present technical solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure project execution.

The role requires building relationships with builders, developers, contractors and consultants and achieving monthly targets in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in sales for project site, maintenance painting or refurbishment projects.
• Strong network with repainting contractors, applicators, builders, facility management companies, RWAs and project consultants.
• Experience generating business from repainting projects for residential, commercial or industrial buildings.

Job Title: Territory Sales Executive (Project Sales)

Salary Budget: Up to 7LPA (As per experience)

Key Responsibility:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the builder and project segment
• Establish strong relationships with builders, developers, contractors, architects, and consultants
• Generate project enquiries and convert them into orders
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions at project sites
• Coordinate with internal technical and supply chain teams for smooth execution
• Track upcoming residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects
• Negotiate pricing and finalize contracts as per company guidelines
• Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups
• Monitor competitor activity in project specifications
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:
