Job summary

Techno Paints in Ahmedabad is seeking a Territory Sales Executive to drive paint material sales through a strong contractor network. You will conduct site visits, understand customer requirements, and deliver product demonstrations with technical guidance.

The ideal candidate has 2–6 years of paints sales experience coordinating with painting contractors on-site, and a solid network within Ahmedabad’s construction scene. MBA or equivalent degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
• 2–6 years of experience in paints sales coordinating with painting contractors on-site.
• Strong network with builders and painting contractors in Ahmedabad.
• Experience in institutional or B2B sales.
• Good technical understanding of construction materials.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with painting contractors and applicators, and build strong relationships to generate regular paint material sales.
• Conduct regular market and site visits, understand customer requirements, and provide product demonstrations and technical guidance.
• Generate enquiries, follow up on quotations and orders, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth product availability and delivery.
• Develop and maintain a strong contractor network and track upcoming construction projects for new sales opportunities.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
