Job summary

Techno Paints in Ahmedabad is seeking a Territory Sales Executive (Project Sales) to grow our builder and project market. You will identify opportunities, build strong relationships with builders, developers, contractors, architects and consultants, and convert enquiries into orders.

You will coordinate with internal technical and supply chain teams for project execution, monitor upcoming projects, negotiate contracts, ensure timely collections, and work toward monthly and quarterly sales

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of sales experience in project sites or repainting projects.
• Strong network with repainting contractors, applicators, builders, facility management, RWAs, and consultants.
• Experience generating business from repainting projects in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business in builder and project segment.

• Generate project enquiries and convert them into orders.
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions at project sites.

• Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups.
• Monitor competitor activity in project specifications.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
