Job summary

PeopleStrong seeks a Recovery Manager to oversee recovery operations across a large geographic area and lead a team of Area Recovery Managers. You will develop strategies to minimize losses while ensuring adherence to policy and regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with sales, risk, legal, and audit, negotiate settlements with customers, and report metrics on recovery performance to drive improvements in efficiency and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of loans, identify risks and design targeted recovery plans.
• Engage with sales, risk teams, and other internal stakeholders for alignment.
• Interact with customers to negotiate repayment plans and settlements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Provide regular reports and metrics on recovery performance (rates, days to recover, loss given default).

The role involves overseeing and managing the recovery and continuity of operations within a specific geographic. He will be responsible for managing a team of Area recovery managers, developing and implementing effective recovery strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements .
