Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Territory Manager Personal Loan to drive personal loan business across the assigned territory. The role involves customer acquisition, channel development, team coordination, and achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Personal Loan sales and business growth within the assigned territory.
• Generate new business through DSA, connectors, referrals, digital leads, and other acquisition channels .
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Ensure achievement of monthly disbursement and revenue targets .
• Monitor sales pipeline, lead conversion, login, approval, and disbursement.
• Ensure adherence to KYC, credit, compliance, and company policies .
• Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing.
• Manage and improve productivity of assigned sales channels/team members.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 38 years in Personal Loan / Retail Assets / Consumer Finance / Banking sales.
• Strong knowledge of the Personal Loan market and local territory .
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple acquisition channels and drive business independently.
• Graduation/MBA preferred.
