HDB Financial Services Ltd. is seeking professionals in Jaipur to drive branch direct sales and build a profitable gold loan portfolio.

The role focuses on competition mapping, promotional activities in branch catchment areas, and ensuring productivity of Sales Managers and Officers. Key responsibilities include achieving branch disbursement targets, maintaining acquisition costs within norms, and monitoring collections to keep delinquency low.

Competenze

• Experience in sales processes for gold loans or direct sales companies.
• Strong understanding of gold loan products and marketing.
• Familiarity with KYC documentation and compliance.

• Plan and execution of promotional BTL activity in branch catchment area to create visibility. Monitor and review lead conversion from each activity.
