Fedbank Financial Services is seeking a Branch Marketing Executive to drive growth in the Gold Loan segment through local outreach. You will undertake door-to-door and shop-to-shop activities, build awareness of gold loan products, and source new customers in the catchment area.

The role requires graduates with 2+ years of Gold Loan sales experience, and involves maintaining customer records and daily MIS updates for the branch, area manager, and head office.

• Popularize the Gold Loan branch in catchment area of 5 sq km to boost walk-ins and business.
• Maintain customer contact details for follow-up by branch team.
• Maintain and update MIS daily for Branch, Area Manager and Head Office.

• Have clear understanding of organisation Gold loan Programmes.
• Have clear understanding of documentation required in Gold loan.
• Understand process of Gold Loan disbursals.
• Ensure daily door to door & shop to shop marketing activities to be carried out as per plan.
• Ensure that Gold Loan branch is popularized in catchment area of 5 square kilometers for enhancing walk-ins resulting in business.
• Maintain customer contact details for customer follow-up by branch team.
• Maintain & update MIS required by Branch team, Area Manager & Head Office on daily basis.
