Territory Manager Education / Preschool Siliguri 2+ Years

We are looking for a motivated professional with 2–5 years of experience in franchise operations, key account management, or institutional sales. The role involves managing preschool franchisees, driving enrolment growth, strengthening franchisee relationships, and supporting business development across the territory. Strong communication, analytical ability, sales orientation, and willingness to travel extensively are essential.

Responsibilities

1. Managing and maintaining preschool franchisee relationships across the assigned territory.

3. Driving year-on-year enrolment growth and increasing revenue through cross‑selling of products and services.
4. Understanding franchisee requirements and proposing solutions aligned with their business objectives.
5. Monitoring franchisee performance against monthly KPIs and supporting achievement of business targets.
6. Tracking market trends and providing regular competitor feedback to support business decisions.
7. Building long‑term and mutually beneficial relationships across the franchisee network.
8. Travelling extensively across the assigned territory to support franchisee operations and business growth.

Requirements

1. Holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
2. Bringing 2+ years of experience in franchise operations, key account management, or institutional sales.
3. Demonstrating strong relationship management and business development skills.
4. Possessing strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets.
5. Showing a strong KPI orientation, growth mindset, ownership, and analytical approach.
6. Having an understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and geographic regions.
7. Being willing to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
