Job summary

Zee Learn Ltd. is seeking an experienced corporate sales professional to manage and grow a portfolio of preschool franchisees across the territory. You will nurture trust, tailor solutions to franchisee needs, and drive enrolment growth and cross-selling of the company’s products and services.

The role reports to the Regional Manager and requires travel and strong relationship-building skills. Key responsibilities include mentoring franchisees with business strategies, market analysis, and sales

Qualifications

• Experience in franchisee management and corporate sales.
• Ability to drive YOY enrolment growth and cross-sell products.
• Strong written and verbal communication with proficiency in Excel.
• Willingness to travel and manage territory/franchisee network.
• Ability to protect confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Handhold existing franchisees with business strategies and sales training.

Zee Learn Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated, experienced professional to join the business operations and growth management team. Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of Key accounts to ensure . Acquiring a thorough understanding of Franchisees needs and requirements. Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. The role reports to the Regional Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handholding existing franchisees with business strategies, competitive analysis, Marketing acumen and sales training.
• The role is tasked primarily with managing and maintaining the Preschool franchisees across the territory.
• Drive revenue through YOY enrolment growth & cross-selling of the company's products and services within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
• Play an integral part in growing business that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key franchisee needs and requirements.
• Expand the relationships with existing franchisee by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
• You shall take appropriate measures designed to protect the security, confidentiality, and integrity of Confidential Information shared.
