Job summary

SUPERGAS, a SHV Energy Private Limited subsidiary, is expanding its franchise network and strengthening the domestic segment across Madurai and Pondicherry. The role focuses on appointing franchisees, retaining partners, and driving volume through digital and in-person outreach.

The candidate will coordinate with operations, finance and marketing, conduct safety trainings, and pursue active market mapping with a proactive approach to customer engagement and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• UG/PG in Marketing or related field required.
• 2-5 years experience in sales/network expansion preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Expand the franchise network by appointing more franchisees/sub-franchisees to increase brand availability and volume.
• Retain existing network and drive volume with focus on domestic segment; motivate partners through digital and in-person visits.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Customer Service, Marketing and other functions.
• Engage End customers in Commercial/Industrial segments.
• Conduct safety trainings for delivery personnel and perform audits at sites.
• Drive branding and visibility to enhance brand image and reach.
• Demonstrate strong selling, communication and negotiation skills.
• Prepare visit plans and conduct market visits (min four days a week, ~10 visits per day).
• Maintain market knowledge and monitor competitor activities; address issues promptly.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Network Expansion-To appoint more franchisees/sub franchisees to make our brand availability everywhere to generate more volume
• Retention of Network-: Managing the existing network with adding good volume/focus on domestic segment-motivate them to add through various digital ways/in person visits
• Co-ordination with other functions, Operation finance, customer service, marketing, etc.,
• To meet the End customers Commercial/Industrial
• Safety trainings to be done for Delivery boys, Godown audits, safety training at customer locations and Manifold audit
• Branding activities/Make visibility : to ensure good visibility and reach our brand image
• Good selling skills/Communication skills/Negotiation skills
• Visit Plan, market visits minimum four days a week with around ten visits per day
• System work, to be comfort
• Market knowledge/competitor activities update/Market Mapping
• Addressing the issues /complaints in time.
