Job summary

The Hiring Club is seeking an Industry Manager for Industrial Gas with 8-10 years of experience to define product opportunities and develop market, product and sales strategies for major gas companies. You will lead strategic planning, communicate capabilities, and support technical sales within the Industrial Gas sector.

Location flexibility includes Mumbai, Pune, and Vadodara, with extensive travel expected to advance growth initiatives and partner with industry leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 8–10 years of experience in industrial gas or related field.
• Industry preferred: Valves and industrial products.

Responsibilities

• Represent company to the selected industry segments and drive awareness of products.
• Develop long-term strategic plans for the segment and align with company plans.
• Communicate capabilities to customers and internal teams via visits, seminars, literature.
• Champain products and services that better serve the industry segment.
• Assist in market research requirements and competitive analysis.
• Identify and provide technical sales support.

Primary Objective of Position (General Statement):
Define product opportunities, select target segments, develop market, product and sales strategies within the Industrial Gas Industry targeting major Industrial Gas companies such as Air Product, Air Liquide, Linde/Praxair, and assist with key activities for Air Products.

Essential Job Functions:

• Represent company to the selected industry segments. Under general direction of the Vice President - Industry Management / Global Industry Manager Industrial Gases, drives awareness and preference for company International Cryogenic and PSA/VSA products.
• Assist in developing long-term strategic plans for the segment, assist in overall business planning and ensure integration with company strategic plan. Analyze industry segment trends compared to company bookings performance and develop appropriate strategies and tactics to drive business.
• Within the Industrial Gas industry segments, communicate company capabilities and benefits to external customers and internal employees through various media such as customer visits, training seminars, literature.
• Champain products and services that better serve the industry segment.
• Assist in determining and market research requirements/strategies, including competitive analysis.
• Identify and provide technical sales support.
