The Tendering Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This role involves managing the complete tendering process, including identifying relevant tenders, reviewing tender documents, preparing pre-qualification and technical submissions, and coordinating with internal teams for timely inputs. The Tendering Specialist will prepare commercial bids, support procurement-related evaluations, and ensure compliance with client and government requirements. Day-to-day activities include analyzing project specifications, preparing cost estimates, drafting proposals, maintaining tender documentation, and tracking tender status and outcomes. The role also requires regular communication with stakeholders, attending clarification meetings, and supporting continuous improvement of tendering processes and systems.
