Role Description

The Tendering Specialist role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in the Greater Jaipur Area. The Tendering Specialist will manage the end‑to‑end tender process, including identifying relevant tenders, analyzing tender documents, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely submission of compliant bids. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing technical and commercial proposals, compiling required documentation, and maintaining accurate tender records. The role also involves collaborating with procurement and project teams to gather cost estimates, clarifications, and supporting data, as well as monitoring tender results and providing feedback for continuous improvement. The Tendering Specialist will contribute to bid strategy, support negotiations where required, and help strengthen CIPL’s position in the infrastructure and renewable energy market.

Qualifications

• Strong tender management capabilities, including experience in end‑to‑end tendering, bid preparation, and compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
• Well‑developed analytical skills to interpret tender documents, assess risks and opportunities, and support competitive pricing and bid strategies.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, interacting with clients and vendors, and presenting tender‑related information clearly.
• Proficiency in proposal writing, including drafting technical and commercial sections, organizing documentation, and ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Foundational knowledge of procurement processes, vendor coordination, and cost estimation in infrastructure, EPC, or related domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, commerce, or a related field; relevant experience in tendering or contracts in infra, EPC, or renewable energy is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work with deadlines, and proficiency with MS Office and relevant tender management tools.
• Familiarity with national standards and regulatory requirements in infrastructure and energy projects; understanding of quality management principles is an advantage.
