Adler Talent Solutions invites applications for a senior Tendering Manager role focused on international Substation EHV projects. You will manage tendering from initiation to submission, develop compliant bid strategies, and coordinate cross-functional inputs from engineering, commercial, and legal teams.

Typically 10+ years in Transmission Line Tendering with 132kV–765kV exposure; strong MS Excel skills; experience with multilateral funding preferred; Excellent analytical and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Transmission Line Tendering.
• Strong knowledge of international transmission EHV line projects (132kV to 765kV).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office - MS Excel / Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage the tendering process from initiation to submission for international Substation line EHV projects.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
