Job summary

Nikhil Constructiongroup is seeking an experienced Head of Tendering to drive end-to-end tendering, bidding and business development for major infrastructure projects in Pune and beyond.

The role requires leadership in developing strategies, coordinating with cross-functional teams and delivering competitive proposals to win high-value 500 Cr+ opportunities. Strong EPC/PPP knowledge and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Construction Management / Business.
• 18–20 years of experience in Tendering, Bidding or Business Development.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in winning 500 Cr+ infrastructure tenders.
• Strong knowledge of EPC, Design-Build, PPP and Alliance models.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities
