Job summary

Altruist Fostering Services in Mumbai is seeking a Tender & Feasibility Executive for Real Estate / Redevelopment. You will evaluate tenders, prepare feasibility reports, and manage pre-acquisition activities to support project decisions.

Responsibilities include reviewing terms, cost sheets, financial analysis, and coordinating with legal and project teams to ensure due diligence and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate tender evaluation and feasibility analysis.

• Familiar with redevelopment projects and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate redevelopment and real estate tenders by reviewing terms, property details, eligibility, and project requirements.
• Prepare detailed project feasibility reports covering costs, revenue potential, profitability, cash flows, development potential, and key risks.
• Analyze projects under applicable regulations (DCPR 2034) and related provisions.
• Review and maintain pre-acquisition documentation including property, title, society, tenant, and tender docs.
• Prepare project cost sheets, financial analysis, and management reports for project evaluation.
• Coordinate with Legal, Liaison, Architecture, Finance, and Project teams for due diligence and documentation.

*Tender & Feasibility Executive – Real Estate / Redevelopment* required at a *reputed real estate organisation* located at *Andheri (W), Mumbai*

*Candidates with experience in real estate/redevelopment tender evaluation, feasibility analysis, project documentation, or pre-acquisition activities will be preferred.*

JD:

• * *Evaluate redevelopment and real estate tenders* by reviewing tender terms, property details, commercial conditions, eligibility, and project requirements
• * *Prepare detailed project feasibility reports* covering project costs, revenue potential, profitability, cash flows, development potential, and key risks
• * *Analyse projects under DCPR 2034* including Regulations 33(19), 33(11), 7(B), and other applicable provisions
• * *Review and maintain pre-acquisition documentation* including property, title, society, tenant, tender, and other project-related documents
• * *Prepare project cost sheets, financial analysis, comparison statements, and management reports* for evaluating potential projects
• * *Coordinate with Legal, Liaison, Architecture, Finance, and Project teams* for due diligence, feasibility, documentation, and project evaluation
• * *Maintain records of tenders, potential projects, feasibility reports, documentation, and acquisition status*

Salary *upto Rs 8 lakhs per annum* (depending on experience and suitability)
