Job summary

Business Development Executive (Project Acquisition, Feasibility & Redevelopment) required at a reputed real estate organisation located at Andheri (W), Mumbai

Candidates with experience in redevelopment, project acquisition, feasibility, tendering, property documentation, or society coordination will be preferred.

JD:

• Identify and visit potential redevelopment projects/sites and gather information on properties, societies, tenants, and project opportunities
• Assess project feasibility and development potential by studying property details, tenant/occupancy data, tender documents, regulations, and other relevant factors
• Study and compile property and project documentation including society, tenant, title, tender, and other relevant documents
• Coordinate with societies, tenants, consultants, architects, and other stakeholders for project information, meetings, documentation, and follow-ups
• Assist in tendering and project acquisition activities including site visits, pre-bid meetings, submissions, negotiations, and post-tender follow-ups
• Coordinate with Legal, Liaison, Architecture, Finance, and Project teams for feasibility, due diligence, documentation, approvals, and project evaluation
• Maintain project pipeline, MIS, site reports, and acquisition updates and present key findings to the Business Development Manager

Salary upto Rs 8 lakhs per annum (depending on experience and suitability)
